  • The Winona Display Suite is located opposite the corner of Observer Street and James Street in Googong.

    This is where you can discover the inclusions, products, colour schemes - including a display kitchen - that will be available at Winona.

    It is also where you can get to know more about the project with our friendly Team Member, Nathan Page, who will be able to walk you through every detail of the design and build, purchase process and more.

  • Purchasing a property at Winona has been designed to be as easy as possible.

    Once you have decided on the property you would like to make yours, you simply need to meet with our team to pay your $1,000 deposit and sign your sales contract.

    The balance of the 5% deposit less the $1,000 already paid will then be due within 14 days. No other payment will be due until completion.

    Then you just need to count down the days until your new home will be ready!

  • A $1,000 deposit is required when signing the contract to secure your purchase. 5% of the purchase price (less the $1,000 already paid) is then required within 14 days.

    Please note no other payment is due until completion.

  • If you are a first home buyer, you may be able to take advantage of a number of NSW Government schemes when purchasing at Winona.

    In addition, there are a number of other Federal Government schemes that buyers at Winona may be able to take advantage of.

  • Winona is situated on a stunning site at the border of the new Googong Town Centre precinct.

  • We have two modern and functional colour schemes available to choose from at Winona.

  • Yes! All external windows in both townhomes and apartments at Winona will be double-glazed, making them future-proofed for energy efficiency.

  • The ceiling heights in all townhomes at Winona are generally 2550mm lower levels and and 2400mm upper levels and wet areas.

  • Yes — all homes at Winona will be NBN-ready with pre-wired fit-off and connections on move in.

  • Once complete, Winona will be issued a Units Plan and all properties will be entitled and managed by the Owners Corporation (Body Corporate) and Strata management organisation.
